Dylan Hines, CSCS

Welcome to Hines Speed and Strength! My name is Dylan Hines and I am a sports performance coach as well as a former collegiate lacrosse player.

Throughout my athletic career, I have always been looking for ways to reach my athletic potential and improve my performance in the weight room as well as on the field. My methods and training philosophies have been built over years of experimentation, personal research, learning from mentors in the sports physical therapy and strength and conditioning fields and a formal education in exercise science. 

I believe in the medicine of movement and spreading the gift of training to others. I believe that training, while not always easy, is something that should be enjoyed and used as a tool enhance one's physical health, mental well being and performance in their endeavours. 

It is my personal mission to continue to improve my athletic abilities as well as help others accomplish their goals in the weight room and in their sport. 

I am looking forward to working with you and helping you learn how to express your strength!
